Job Description
The Human Resources and Compliance Coordinator in Security is responsible for implementing and enforcing industrial safety and environmental policies, coordinating audits and inspections, and promoting responsible environmental management. The role involves coordinating training programs, identifying and evaluating risks, and supervising external audits and inspections. The coordinator will also work closely with the LATAM Industrial Safety Subdirector to execute the global strategic plan for Industrial Safety and promote standardization of practices in the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Labor Safety, Civil Protection, or Emergencies
- 3 to 5 years of experience in related areas
- Driver's license (driver) / STPS DC-5
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Office, SIRCE (STPS), and SIAAT
