Job Description
You are someone who takes the time and patience to care for older clients with an intellectual disability, providing safety, structure, and a nice day where residents feel seen and valued.
Requirements
- Give personal attention and signal changes in need in time.
- Support with personal care and daily routines (ADL) if necessary.
- Work according to the support plan and contribute to a safe, trusted atmosphere.
- Choose activities together that bring comfort and pleasure (walking, music, contact moments).
- Work together with colleagues, relatives, and healthcare professionals to tailor care.
- Lead the support process and create and maintain the support plan.
- Coordinate with behavior experts and other disciplines; coach colleagues on the shop floor.
- Follow, evaluate, and adjust results and goals as needed.

- Gross salary between € 2,546 and € 3,564 per month for caregivers (FWG 35) and between €2,836,- and € 3,825,- gross per month for director of care (FWG 40)
