Job Description
REI Systems is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to drive growth within federal IT contracting, specifically with a focus on HHS. The role involves leading opportunity pursuits through the full capture lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing strategic proposals. This position requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of federal procurement processes.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of federal business development and capture management experience, preferably with HHS and its agencies
- Proven track record in developing capture strategies, shaping opportunities, and leading proposal support for multi-million-dollar contracts ($10M–$50M+)
- Strong ability to engage and influence government customers and build trusted relationships
- Experience working with proposal, technical, and delivery teams to drive opportunity success
- Understanding of FAR, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
