Job Description
The Call Representative – Authorizations Department is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to procedure authorizations in Honduras. This role involves scheduling, confirming approvals, answering patient questions, and ensuring accurate documentation. It requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- 1-2 years of related experience in a medical setting preferred
- Strong people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in computer systems, including EMR and authorization platforms
- Reliability and adherence to HIPAA regulations
