Job Description
Join our Operating Room team as a Surgical Technologist in a Level I Trauma Center! Assist the Circulator with the preparation of the O.R. suite, practice department procedures for hand scrub, gowning and gloving, and anticipate and communicate the surgeon’s needs.
Requirements
- Completion of a surgical technologist training program
- Completion of national certification exam offered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) within 12 months of hire date
- CPR certification required at time of employment and every two years thereafter
