Sr. Associate

Regent is a global private equity firm seeking a Senior Associate to evaluate new investment opportunities, manage portfolio companies, and participate in the M&A process. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time role based in Beverly Hills, CA.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of valuation methodologies
• Strong financial modeling, attention to detail
• Full understanding of financial statements
• Experience preparing detailed financial models and company business valuations
• In-depth experience forecasting Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and Profit and Loss Statements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective management and prioritization of multiple projects
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and good judgment

Benefits

• Salary: $175,000-$200,000 (range dependent on experience) + bonus
