Job Description
Regent LP is seeking a Senior Associate to support M&A and portfolio operations within the automotive and industrial investments in Germany. This role involves executing the full deal lifecycle, partnering with portfolio company leadership, and driving operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restructuring, finance, or a related field and be highly organized.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in a top-tier restructuring consulting firm, private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory practice.
- Strong track record of executing complex transactions and/or operational improvement projects.
- Experience in the automotive, industrials, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to the private equity environment or portfolio company operations is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
