Accounting & Operations Associate

Regard is seeking an Accounting & Operations Associate to support financial and operational processes, including financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities in a high growth startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong grasp of accounting principles
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
• Clear and effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across teams
