As a Senior Account Manager at Reflex, you will be responsible for managing Enterprise client relationships, driving account growth, and identifying new logo opportunities. You will own and manage a portfolio of clients, build trusted relationships, and proactively manage churn risk. You will also identify and pursue expansion opportunities across various service pillars, and develop structured account plans aligned to client business objectives.
