Job Description
The company is seeking a Staff Engineer (all genders) to lead cross-domain technical efforts, shape project scopes, and apply a strong product mindset. The role involves designing scalable systems, coordinating technical planning, improving reliability, setting engineering standards, coaching engineers, and contributing to AI-enabled products. This role bridges technical depth and leadership to drive projects that make a real impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in backend development
- Deep experience in Kotlin or Java
- In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, WebSockets, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and infrastructure as code
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Proactive approach to leadership and mentoring
- Ability to align engineering work with business and product goals
