Job Description
Redwood Materials is localizing a global battery supply chain, focusing on low-cost and large-scale energy storage and battery materials production in the US. The Production Engineer, Mechanical will troubleshoot and solve equipment issues at the McCarran, NV, USA site, helping improve throughput, operability, and reliability. This is a shift-tied, full-time position.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and solve process and equipment issues
- Monitor line health and analyze process data
- Implement new data collection technology
- Create and modify process work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Train production operation teams
- Organize and monitor plant testing and product trials
- Identify and execute continuous improvement projects
