Specialized Residential DSP House Lead

We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional House Lead to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality support and thrive on helping others build/reach their goals in a positive, life-enriching environment.

Requirements

• DSP 1 and 2 certification
• 3+ years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses
• Valid in-state driver's license, current registration, and insurance
• CPR and FA certification (preferred)
• CPI certification (preferred)
• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
