In Home Services Field Supervisor -Orange County

We are seeking an In Home Services Field Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities and supervisory experience. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, leading staff development, and coordinating with consumers and their families.

Requirements

• 2 years experience preferred supporting adults with developmental disabilities
• 2 years experience in IN-HOME SERVICES SLS, ILS, CIT and PAS
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience with supervising 5 - 30 employees
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a California Driver’s License
• Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check
