RCS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and support a team of production workers, ensuring smooth operations, high quality standards, efficient completion of tasks and providing world class customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing facility operations, with leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment, with leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
