The Regional On Premise Manager is responsible for implementing the national business plan in the assigned region, leading a team of Musketeers, and optimizing sales, brand presence, and awareness throughout the On Premise channel.
Requirements
- 5 years sales experience with a strong track record of success
- 3-4 years of management experience (in the FMCG business is a plus)
- Experience in a Musketeer position preferred
- Strong On Premise industry knowledge and established contacts in the night scene or gastronomy
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
- Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen
- Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational ability
- Highly developed analytical skills
