Regional On Premise Manager

The Regional On Premise Manager is responsible for implementing the national business plan in the assigned region, leading a team of Musketeers, and optimizing sales, brand presence, and awareness throughout the On Premise channel.

Requirements

• 5 years sales experience with a strong track record of success
• 3-4 years of management experience (in the FMCG business is a plus)
• Experience in a Musketeer position preferred
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge and established contacts in the night scene or gastronomy
• Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
• Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational ability
• Highly developed analytical skills
