Job Description
We are seeking an Event Manager to lead the national strategy for the brand in the surf and skate modalities, expanding its cultural, sports, and business relevance. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in brand strategy, sports marketing, or events, and will be able to define and lead the national strategy for the brand in surf and skate, positioning the brand as a relevant and legitimate agent in the modalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Solid experience in brand strategy, sports marketing, or events, preferably in the surf and/or skate universe.
- Experience in team leadership and matrixed action with multiple areas.
- Strategic vision with strong execution capacity.
- Deep knowledge of the sports ecosystem and communities.
- Availability for travel.
- Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken)
