Job Description
Recursion is seeking an Executive Director of Toxicology to lead the company's toxicology and safety science initiatives, supporting internal and strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in guiding the evolution of their NCE progression and ensuring their incorporation of modern, data-driven decision-making into their drug discovery approach. The role involves leading internal teams and external collaborations, leveraging data science and AI to accelerate translational research.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or ERT/DABT accreditation
- Experience in CRO, large pharma, and biotech companies
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Experience leading interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of supporting programs from preclinical discovery to clinical development
- Working knowledge of preclinical drug discovery models
