Job Description
Recursion is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Development to lead program development in their oncology medicine portfolio. This role involves overseeing drug discovery, regulatory submissions, and collaboration with external experts to contribute to the company’s innovation and efficiency in clinical trials. Requirements
- Medical Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in oncology trials, preferably within a biotech or pharmaceutical company
- Deep knowledge of oncology and genetic diseases
- Strong networks and connections to external experts
- Effectiveness in driving collaboration and resolving conflicts
