Job Description
Recursion is seeking an Associate Director of CMC Drug Substance to advance its clinical assets through development and ultimately to patients. The role involves leading external development, ensuring drug substance delivery, and contributing to a CDMO relationship. A highly-motivated and effective team member who can drive technical development towards clinical efficacy.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in organic chemistry or closely related field
- 5-8 years experience in small molecule drug substance process development and manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of CDMO relationships and analytical development
- Experience leading external development and CDMO relationships
- Understanding of salt/polymorph screening, phase appropriate analytical development and quality compliance.
