Bricklayer

This full-time bricklayer position is based in Ireland and involves constructing and repairing structures such as walls, partitions, and arches. The role includes laying bricks, applying mortar, interpreting blueprints, measuring work areas, and ensuring structural integrity. Apprenticeships or prior experience as a bricklayer are required.

Requirements

• Completion of an apprenticeship or proven experience as a bricklayer.
• Proficiency with bricklaying tools (trowel, level, string line, hammer).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
• Knowledge of different types of bricks, mortar, and bonding techniques.
• Physical strength, stamina, and ability to work at heights and outdoors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
