Requirements

• Leading, coaching and motivating the team on the floor
• Making rosters and arranging leave for employees
• Inducting and guiding new colleagues
• Ensuring a smooth and hospitable service
• Actively contributing to the improvement of work processes and service
• Standing by as a point of contact for both guests and employees
• Assisting during busy moments to support the team
