The Hospitality Recruiters are looking for an HR & Recruitment Advisor to connect top talent with top hospitality companies. The role involves matching candidates with job openings, advising on employer branding and onboarding, and being the face of the company. The company values autonomy, efficiency, and focus.

Requirements

• If you can work independently with your own responsibility
• If you have knowledge of the different job titles in the hospitality industry
• If you are following an HR/Recruitment education and/or have an interest in HR/Recruitment
• If you are good in Dutch and English (Spanish is also welcome)
