We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team in creating a unique culinary experience. The ideal candidate has experience in leadership roles, loves classic flavors, and dares to innovate.

Requirements

• Lead the kitchen team from A to Z: operational, creative, and organizational
• Work on a seasonal menu that honors and surprises the French brasserie kitchen
• Recruit, train, and coach staff, interns, and students
• Ensure quality, hygiene, safety, and calm in the kitchen
• Coordinate mise-en-place, inventory management, calculation, and procurement
