Deputy Manager for the Aerospace Sector with responsibilities including leading shopfloor operations, optimizing assembly processes, and resolving complex operational and technical issues. The role requires 10-12 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a technical degree or equivalent qualification.
Requirements
- 10–12 years experience in aerospace manufacturing with substantial managerial experience
- Deep technical knowledge of 5-axis machining, CNC, and VMC
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
