The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and profitability of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent excellence in service, food quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Maintain high-quality standards across all outlets, ensuring strict adherence to company operating procedures.
- Oversee daily operations, including labor planning, scheduling, and manpower utilization to optimize productivity.
- Support and enforce learning & development initiatives for all employees under supervision.
- Investigate and resolve labor or operational issues, escalating where necessary to management.
- Lead and mentor outlet managers, conducting performance reviews, coaching sessions, and corrective counseling.
- Ensure cash, inventory, payroll, and yield controls are effectively managed across all outlets.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and facilities; initiate capital budgets when necessary.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Projects & Design, Creative, Admin & General).
- Maintain regular attendance in line with company standards.
- Adapt to flexible working schedules based on business needs.
- Undertake special projects and duties assigned by senior management for the benefit of the organization.
