The Marketing Lead will own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across all owned and distributed brands, aligning business goals with brand purpose and market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with proven leadership in brand management and digital/eCommerce, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
- Experience managing multi-brand portfolios and regional marketing strategies
- Strong commercial acumen and cross-functional alignment capabilities
- Experience with marketing analytics, performance tracking, and financial accountability
