Sr. Data Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can create new metrics, models, and statistical methods — then productionalize them in our Looker-based analytics product. You'll work with labor market data, advertising data, and our own proprietary dataset to improve how clients attract talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Looker, SQL, and Python/R
• Experience in dbt and snowflake is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect disparate datasets into clear correlations
• Experience building complex statistical models with Python or R
