Job Description
RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records for clients in Bali and Singapore. This role involves maintaining accurate records, financial reporting, tax compliance, and process improvement within a dynamic environment. The position offers a semi-remote setup with the opportunity to support global businesses.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities using Xero, Dext, FathomHQ, and other tools.
- Record and categorize daily transactions (income, expenses, assets, liabilities).
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Handle tax (PPH21, PPH23, PPH25, PPH29) and BPJS contributions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
