Senior Affiliate Manager will own the full affiliate strategy and execution from day one, design, launch, and scale the affiliate program end-to-end with full accountability for performance. The role involves high autonomy and commercial ownership, and is responsible for partner acquisition, relationship management, commercial negotiations, performance optimization, and long-term strategic growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in online casino affiliate management, operating at mid-senior or senior level
- Demonstrated experience owning and scaling affiliate programs, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong proficiency with My Affiliate / MyAffiliates platforms
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Strong leadership presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced negotiation skills with a strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Established and active network of high-performing affiliate partners
- Proven ability to deliver measurable growth and optimize performance at scale
