Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in merchant onboarding, client operations, or compliance within a PSP, Acquirer, or FinTech environment.
- Strong understanding of payment flows, acquirer relationships, and transaction monitoring.
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities across cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Effective communication and client-facing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM or onboarding tools (e.g., Salesforce or proprietary PSP systems).
- Analytical and process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
