We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist our Belgian clients who have taken out our insurance plans. You'll help customers with questions, claims, and service updates.
Requirements
- Fluent in Flemish and French (both mandatory), knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus
- 1 year in customer service preferred
- Strong communicator – verbal & written
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Detail-oriented, adaptable & stress-resistant
- Great listener, problem-solver & multitasker
- Customer-first attitude
