Recordati is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Manager to support the development, implementation, and administration of total rewards processes, including digitalization, compensation cycles, and LTI programs. The role will act as an advisor to HR Business Partners and require a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience in compensation in an international environment.
