Job Description
Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD) is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as a field-based scientific expert, fostering collaborative relationships with opinion leaders and facilitating the exchange of unbiased scientific information between the medical community and the company. The MSL will have the clinical/medical affairs expertise to serve as a peer-to-peer liaison internally and externally.
Requirements
- Deliver clinical and scientific presentations to health care professionals
- Provide scientific support at medical conferences
- Maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests
- Collaborate with physicians on medical affairs initiatives
- Support clinical initiatives
- Provide medical and scientific input into the planning and execution of Advisory Boards
- Train staff on key scientific and medical topics
- Participate in the development and review of professional slide decks, medical letters, and clinical summaries
