Job Description
We are looking for a Tax Specialist dealing with all national and international tax related topics: Corporate tax, International tax policies and transfer pricing issues. Requirements
- Draft and manage intercompany agreements
- Tax planning and optimization activities for all the Group entities
- Contribution to tax opinions
- Implementation and support in Pillar II calculation (e.g. Safe-Harbour analysis)
- Manage the CbCR notification for all the affiliates and prepare the respective CbCR
- Tax compliance filings (e.g. WHT process)
- Prepare the Master file of the Group and support in the transfer pricing area
- Cooperation with other corporate and regional functions in the framework of international M&A projects
- Support tax audits and work with external consultants and auditors on various subjects
