Job Description
Recora is seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead their sales motion, building and nurturing relationships with medical group partners. This role involves handling initial conversations, contract negotiation, and expanding Recora's reach within the healthcare industry. The role reports to the Head of Partnerships and requires close coordination with the field sales team.
Requirements
- Lead and Grow the Partnerships Pipeline
- Build and manage an active pipeline of potential partnerships
- Coordinate warm hand-offs to the Head of Partnerships
- Support the Management of Recora’s Team of Field Sales Representatives
