Requirements

• Demonstrated deep knowledge of manufacturing technology coupled with experience in pharmaceuticals or FMCG
• Familiarity with regulatory standards across the UK, EU, and FDA
• Proven line management abilities, nurturing team growth and development
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of influencing at multiple levels within the business
• A strategic thinker who excels at collaboration and relationship building across cross-functional teams
• Robust understanding of supply chain management and manufacturing excellence
