Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

Reckitt is a global company that protects, heals and nurtures in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. The company is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to develop, implement and optimize maintenance and reliability strategies in a GMP-regulated facility.

Requirements

• Analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends, failure modes, and root causes
• Developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies
• Leading or supporting root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment-related deviations or failures
• Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies
• Tracking and reporting maintenance KPIs such as uptime, backlog, and work order completion rates
• Conducting spare parts criticality assessments and collaborating with storeroom and procurement teams
• Ensuring all maintenance and engineering activities comply with OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards
