Job Description
Reckitt is a global company that produces hygiene, health, and nutrition products. We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department and drive asset reliability improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum of 7-10 years in Plant Maintenance roles supporting manufacturing and/or utility operations
- Successful experience in managing or leading maintenance teams including reliability centered programs
- Experience within a highly regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of asset optimization, life cycle management, and project management
