Job Description
Recite Me is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, managing their accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention and revenue growth. The CSM will act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and technical teams, and will be a key point of contact for clients during their entire journey with the company.
Requirements
- Min 2 years experience in a similar role (B2B, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service)
- Organized and capable of multitasking
- Confident and able to communicate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, and the Digital World
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
