Recidiviz is hiring a State Partnerships Manager to join their team. The role requires building strong relationships with state correctional departments, understanding their needs, and communicating Recidiviz's support. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in account management, product management, or similar roles, and is passionate about doing work that matters in the criminal justice system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, product management, political strategy / lobbying, business development, policy, or similar role
• Passion for doing work that matters in the criminal justice system
• Proactive problem solver with a successful track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
