Job Description
RecargaPay is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Marketing Science team. The role involves developing machine learning models to quantify marketing ROI, build marketing mix models, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. This is an AI-first, 100% remote position focused on improving payment experience for Brazilian consumers and small businesses.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and statistical libraries (Pandas, Statsmodels, PyMC, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of regression modeling, time-series analysis, and experimental design.
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
- Deep understanding of statistical methods.
- Ability to connect statistical results with marketing ROI and payback implications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok marketing APIs.
