Job Description
This full-time position is for a Survey CAD Technician to support client surveying projects in Overland Park, Kansas, and other locations like Houston, Denver and Charlotte, USA. Responsibilities include CAD production, data processing, team coordination, and collaboration with other services. A preference for or active pursuit of an SIT registration is preferred.
Requirements
- 1-5 years in a Survey Technician role
- Preference for or active pursuit of an SIT registration
- Expertise in ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement document preparation, legal descriptions, and final plat preparation
- Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and Trimble Data Center
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Full utilization of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong grasp of Trimble Data Center
