Job Description
Rebellion is seeking an experienced Senior VFX Artist to join a passionate and growing VFX team. The company is creating a wide variety of video games across multiple studios, including board games and comics, and recently published a superhero comic book by Judge Dredd. This role involves creating high-quality visual effects for large-scale projects, mentoring junior artists, and contributing to documentation. The company fosters collaboration and offers flexible work arrangements.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in real-time VFX
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools (Blender, Photoshop, Substance, After Effects)
- Deep understanding of particle system design
- Strong experience with simulation tools (Houdini, Embergen)
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into polished VFX
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior artists
- Familiarity with pipelines, profiling, and performance budgets
