Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure that product designs are optimized for efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field
• 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Lean or similar Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience
• CAD software experience
• Proven experience in DFM, new product introduction (NPI), and high-volume production environments
• ISO/IATF experience (preferred)
