Requirements

• Licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (or in the process of obtaining a license)
• Ambitious, self-motivated individuals with strong business acumen
• Knowledge of Toronto's real estate and pre-construction market
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly targets
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Must be willing to work on the weekends and from the office
