Job Description
Realtor.com is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to join its ListHub team. The ideal candidate will be a master of cross-functional collaboration, serving as a key liaison between the Partner Success, Engineering, and Finance teams. This role is critical to maintaining the health of the partner ecosystem, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the overall success of the publisher network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations, project management, or partner management role, preferably in a tech or digital media environment.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and reporting.
- Experience with Project Management Software (Asana preferred).
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Jira experience is a plus.
