Resident Manager

Realstar is seeking a Resident Manager to live and work at one of its properties in Belleville, ON, Canada. The Resident Manager will be responsible for ensuring rents are collected, showing and selling suites, cleaning common areas, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Cleaning experience
• Minor maintenance skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Ability to work some evening and weekends
