Real is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to maintain the company's regulatory and operational integrity across Canada, ensuring compliance with FINTRAC and provincial laws, and supporting the expansion of Real's brokerage operations nationwide.

Requirements

• Maintain Firm and Broker licensing compliance across all Canadian provinces
• Document and maintain province-level corporate office, affiliation, and compliance requirements
• Research and document provincial-specific policies, reciprocity rules, and regulatory nuances across jurisdictions
