Job Description
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We are seeking a 2nd shift Processing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will learn our safety and quality procedures, build a variety of skills related to processing, drying, shredding and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

- Ability to operate power equipment
- Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions
- Accurately recording weights of material going into and out of dryer and shredder
