Job Description
REAL ALLOY is seeking a Health Safety & Environmental Manager to oversee all aspects of site compliance and continuous improvement in their recycling and manufacturing operations. This role is integral to the site leadership team and focuses on maximizing employee safety, environmental performance, and proactive adherence to regulations. The manager will lead safety initiatives, maintain compliance, and communicate with regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of site employee health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Lead development and improvement of site procedures, controls, and data collection.
- Review and maintain environmental permits and documentation.
- Prepare reports and submit permit applications.
- Provide technical oversight on HSE matters.
